General Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose



These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms and conditions underwhich Marble Technics Lisboa by Onis Immo, specialized in renovation, polishing, and treatment of marble surfaces, provides its services to clients. Any order implies full acceptance of these GTC, which prevail over any other document, unless otherwise agreed in writing.



Article 2 – Quotes and Orders



2.1. Each intervention shall be preceded by a detailed quote specifying the nature of the works, the price, and the estimated deadline.


2.2. The quote is valid for 60 days from its date of issue.


2.3. The order becomes firm and definitive once the client has signed the quote with the note “Agreed” and paid the required deposit.



Article 3 – Prices and Payment Terms



3.1. Prices are expressed in euros, net of taxes, and VAT included or excluded, as indicated in the quote.


3.2. A deposit of 30% is required upon placing the order. The balance shall be paid uponissuance of the invoice, unless otherwise specified in the quote.


3.3. In case of late payment, legal penalties shall apply, along with a fixed compensation of €40 for collection costs.



Article 4 – Execution of Works



4.1. The company undertakes to perform the works in accordance with best practices and applicable standards.


4.2. Execution deadlines are indicative only. Delays cannot justify cancellation of the order or give rise to compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


4.3. The client must ensure access to the site (clear spaces, supply of water and electricity, site safety). Failure to do so may result in additional costs or postponement of the intervention.



Article 5 – Acceptance of Works



At the end of the intervention, a certificate of acceptance or equivalent document shall besigned by the client. Any reservations must be reported immediately and confirmed in writingwithin a maximum of 48 hours.



Article 6 – Liability and Warranties



6.1. The company has professional liability insurance covering potential material and bodilydamages arising from its activity.


6.2. The warranty applies only to the proper execution of the works carried out and does not cover:


• lack of maintenance by the client,


• use of inappropriate products,


• damages occurring after completion of the works (impacts, infiltrations, scratches, etc.).



Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal (Private Consumers)



In accordance with Articles 10 et seq. of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 (implementing Directive 2011/83/EU), private consumers have a period of 14 days to withdraw from contractsconcluded off-premises or at a distance. The right of withdrawal does not apply once the works have been fully executed with the client’s express consent before the end of the legalperiod.



Article 8 – Force Majeure



The company shall not be held liable in case of non-performance or delays caused by force majeure (weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, technical failures beyond its control, etc.).



Article 9 – Personal Data



Personal data collected is intended exclusively for the management of quotes, orders, and invoices. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the client has the right to access, rectify, and object, by contacting [the company’s contact details].



Article 10 – Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution



10.1. These GTC are governed by Portuguese law.


10.2. In case of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable solution.


10.3. Failing such agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction of the company’s registered office.


10.4. Consumers may also resort free of charge to an authorized consumer arbitration center in Portugal.
